Womens Group Ketamine Assisted Therapy
An intensive group ketamine assisted therapy program for women — held by a small group navigating similar terrain, led by a interdisciplinary team who has done their own healing work.
ABOUT THE GROUP PROGRAM
A 6-week, brief intensive group program combining ketamine with trauma-informed, somatic psychotherapy — designed for women carrying chronic pain, depression, invisible injury, burnout, or the quiet grief of feeling like themselves is changing.
Why group? Most women spend years putting their own healing last. This program creates something rare — a contained, high-support space where women can come as they are, be seen in their full humanity, and heal in the presence of others navigating similar terrain.
Note: Our groups are open and affirming. If you identify as a woman or feel called to a women's centred healing space, you are welcome here — regardless of the gender you were assigned at birth.

WHO IS THIS Womens Group FOR?
Women who have been holding everyone together and have put their own healing last
Women navigating perimenopause and menopause — the mood shifts, brain fog, sleepless nights, and quiet grief of feeling like yourself is changing
Women living with chronic pain, invisible injury, or trauma that lives in the body — where conventional medicine has treated the symptom but never reached what's underneath
Women living with depression, anxiety, PTSD, or burnout who have not found sufficient relief through conventional treatment
Women who want to come as they are — not to be fixed, but to be seen
Led by Shoshana Ward, RTC
Shoshana has spent over a decade supporting individuals through chronic pain, complex trauma, and the experiences that conventional medicine often fails to fully address. After a brain and spinal injury in 2012, she found her own healing through integrative somatic therapy and medicine-assisted therapy. She brings that lived experience into her work — not as a badge, but as a foundation.
Shoshana creates spaces where women can come as they are — not to be fixed, but to be seen. Her approach is body-based, trauma-informed, and deeply human.
Medically supervised by Dr. Devon Christie, MD — Medical Director & Co-Founder, CMAT
